**03/18/2025** – We are releasing our 3B Orpheus TTS model with additional finetunes. Code is available on GitHub: CanopyAI/Orpheus-TTS Orpheus TTS is a state-of-the-art, Llama-based Speech-LLM designed for high-quality, empathetic text-to-speech generation. This model has been finetuned to deliver human-level speech synthesis, achieving exceptional clarity, expressiveness, and real-time streaming performances. Check out our Colab (link to Colab) or GitHub (link to GitHub) on how to run easy inference on our finetuned models.

**SAM 3D Body (3DB)** is a promptable model for single-image full-body 3D human mesh recovery (HMR). Our method demonstrates state-of-the-art performance, with strong generalization and consistent accuracy in diverse in-the-wild conditions. 3DB estimates the human pose of the body, feet, and hands based on the Momentum Human Rig (MHR), a new parametric mesh representation that decouples skeletal structure and surface shape for improved accuracy and interpretability. 3DB employs an encoder-decoder architecture and supports auxiliary prompts, including 2D keypoints and masks, enabling user-guided inference similar to the SAM family of models. Our model is trained on high-quality annotations from a multi-stage annotation pipeline using differentiable optimization, multi-view geometry, dense keypoint detection, and a data engine to collect and annotated data covering both common and rare poses across a wide range of viewpoints. If you use SAM 3D Body or the SAM 3D Body dataset in your research, please use the following BibTeX entry.

sam3

SAM 3 is a unified foundation model for promptable segmentation in images and videos. It can detect, segment, and track objects using text or visual prompts such as points, boxes, and masks. Compared to its predecessor SAM 2, SAM 3 introduces the ability to exhaustively segment all instances of an open-vocabulary concept specified by a short text phrase or exemplars. Unlike prior work, SAM 3 can handle a vastly larger set of open-vocabulary prompts. It achieves 75-80% of human performance on our new SA-CO benchmark which contains 270K unique concepts, over 50 times more than existing benchmarks. SAM3 performs Promptable Concept Segmentation (PCS) on images, taking text and/or image exemplars as prompts and returning segmentation masks for **all matching object instances** in the image. SAM3 Video performs Promptable Concept Segmentation (PCS) on videos, taking text as prompts and detecting and tracking **all matching object instances** across video frames.

Selection guide & FAQ
How should API prices be compared?+

Separate input, output and cache rates, then estimate the same workload. Image, audio and video rates may use items, duration or resolution rather than tokens.

Do open weights mean free commercial use?+

Not necessarily. Check each version’s license, commercial restrictions and policies. Self-hosting also incurs compute and maintenance costs.

Is the top-ranked model the best for me?+

Rankings depend on tasks, versions and methods. Compare accuracy, latency, reliability and costs on your own workload.
