This is a fixed version of the Qwen3-Reranker-4B model converted to sequence classification format, optimized for use with vLLM. This model is a pre-converted version of Qwen/Qwen3-Reranker-4B that: - Has been converted from CausalLM to SequenceClassification architecture - Includes proper configuration for vLLM compatibility - Provides ~75,000x reduction in classification head size - Offers ~150,000x fewer operations per token compared to using the full LM head The original converted model (tomaarsen/Qwen3-Reranker-4B-seq-cls) was missing critical vLLM configuration attributes. This version adds:

This model is a fine-tuned version of bert-base-uncased on the English Universal Propbank dataset for the Semantics Role Labeling (SRL) task. It achieves the following results on the evaluation set: - Loss: 0.0914 - Precision: 0.8664 - Recall: 0.8673 - F1: 0.8669 - Accuracy: 0.9812 This more advanced SRL model uses similar apporach as the Augment method described in NegBERT (Khandelwal, et al. 2020). That is, adding a special token ([V]) immediately before the predicate: > This [V] is a sentence. Note that **the special token and the predicate is considered a whole**. That is, the actual sentence is like > 'This' **'[V] is'** 'a' 'sentence' '.'

MeaningBERT is an automatic and trainable metric for assessing meaning preservation between sentences. MeaningBERT was proposed in our article MeaningBERT: assessing meaning preservation between sentences. Its goal is to assess meaning preservation between two sentences that correlate highly with human judgments and sanity checks. For more details, refer to our publicly available article. > This public version of our model uses the best model trained (where in our article, we present the performance results > of an average of 10 models) for a more extended period (500 epochs instead of 250). We have observed later that the > model can further reduce dev loss and increase performance. Also, we have changed the data augmentation technique used > in the article for a more robust one, that also includes the commutative property of the meaning function. Namely, Meaning(Sent_a, Sent_b) = Meaning(Sent_b, Sent_a). The repository root holds the **v1** model described in the article, unchanged, so anything already using `from_pretrained("davebulaval/MeaningBERT")` keeps returning exactly the scores it returned before.

It has been trained to recognize three types of entities: location (LOC), organizations (ORG), and person (PER). Specifically, this model is a *bert-base-multilingual-cased* model that was fine-tuned on an aggregation of 10 high-resourced languages You can use this model with Transformers *pipeline* for NER. This model is limited by its training dataset of entity-annotated news articles from a specific span of time. This may not generalize well for all use cases in different domains.
